Now, what have we here then? Well my “Hall of Fame” of course!
It's the place where you will find all the people who have helped me along the way. I'm trying to get photos of people, but most of them are camera shy but I'll try my best.
Please don't take the order of writing as the order of importance amongst names. It's just the way it appeared in my head.
Scroll down to view them all..........
MUM
No.1 nurse and carer -
and definitely No. 1 Mum!
Camera shy - this is as good as I could get....!

JOHN(BROTHER)
No. 1 nurse and driver
- and definitely No. 1 Brother!
Despite the sarky comments!

BERTIE

In his favourite position, just chillin'....

DOMI

Camera shy - but I'm working on it!
JAN EVERSFIELD
Lymphoedema Specialist Nurse
A lovely lady who has cheered me up no end many a time…specially after seeing
a certain person….!!
DR A CASSONI
Made me have all those tests but it's for my own good and will make
me better! Much as I've hated some of them!
KEVIN NEWMAN
Consultant Orth. Surgeon FRCS
After telling me it was a fracture and nothing nasty he then found an “unidentified
mass” in my proximal tibia - here's where the story begins!
DR CHARLES GILLHAM
(AKA Charlie)
Looked after me and my Lymphoma early after diagnosis. Can talk about anything
- he listens and answers my questions – exactly what a Doctor should do!!!!

LIZ SIMCOCK
PICC Queen Extraordinaire
The Queen of the PICC Lines!! Bopping to Blue on the radio whilst in the
mask and gown made the whole procedure more fun and easy going. Thanks!
WHITBREAD WARD
UCL Hospitals
Many wonderful nurses who all helped make my stay at UCH very pleasant.
I hope the blood pressure machine doesn't cut any more arms off before it's
repaired!
MR P E BEARN
Gallbladder Surgery King
The King of Gallbladder operations, specially keyhole ones! I greatly appreciate
all you did for me to get rid of that horrendous pain! Such a relief to
get rid of it at last after all that suffering and many visits to A&E
in three different hospitals!
KINGFISHER WARD
St Peters Hospital
Lots more wonderful nurses, you all have such a difficult job and with so
many pressures each day. Your help, understanding and care have been very
much appreciated by myself and my family. It was a real giggle at the same
time and Margaret and I think of you often!

UNCLE GEORGE
Sadly Uncle George died in 2004 but he will be with us forever
with happy memories :-)

AUNTIE RITA
Thanks for being there for us all, not just now but always.

LISA RODRIGUES
Very dear Friend who has always been there for me, specially through my
cancer. Thanks for everything!

LYN CHAPPELL
We worked together at ICL many moons ago and are still friends today. As
mad as each other and we probably won't change!
LAST BUT NOT LEAST
TO ALL MY FURRY MONKEY FRIENDS
To everyone who “speaks” to me via Furry Monkey email.
Thanks for all your support. It helps me through the day.
If you'd like your photo in my Hall of Fame, send it along to me and I'll add you in!! Go on I dare you!!
More photos will be added when the elusive people get “snapped” - so watch
this space!
