Another visit to the GP. Not for me, but Mum this time. She's having a few tests lately just to keep the gout in check.
We've been told by a couple of people that cherry juice works well to help it. Now have you tried to get that? It's not easy believe me.
However Mum has some stocks now which is good. She took it at the same time as the new tablets, so we're not sure if it's the tablets or the cherry juice, but best to be safe than sorry as they say!
For Mum, not me again! Aren't I the lucky one. I've got to make an appointment about my legs as they aren't great at the moment. I'm trying to get in between everyone else's appointments but it's not easy lately!
This is going to be ideal for me and my poorly mouth! I tried the kiddies strawberry one, but it made me hyper apparently. I was like I'd been zapped for hours on end before I calmed down.
I can't cope with adult toothpaste anymore, I've given up trying as it's just too strong and painful for me, even the mild one. My dentist suggested childs toothpaste, so I've now found one that suits me. For 0-3 years, how embarrassing is that...!
Yes, we're off to the Royal Albert Hall and we're seeing Eric Clapton. Now John has been a fan forever, but I've adjusted slowly over time! Always liked his chart stuff, but not too keen on the old blues he does, but am growing to it.

As you can see we were fairly close and it was good to have a nice seat with plenty of leg room. We sure need that and I had to get up and down a few times as I got my usual cramp and leg pains playing up.
John will always go to see Eric. Mum remembers seeing him on his Nan's doorstep with his first guitar she got him. He used to live in the same village as a relative of ours so they saw him often and played with him too.
Shame they didn't keep up the friendship huh!
